Katrina McCann is a student at Pacific Lutheran University. She is majoring in biology and environmental studies, and will graduate in May 2012. Katrina is an intern for the Soils Department of Washington State University at Puyallup, a biology teacher’s assistant at her school and an active volunteer with local tutoring and habitat restoration organizations.

Research Interests

Her soil studies focus on the application of soil biological indicators for soil quality assessments and the effect of organic management systems on active and stable soil carbon.
